DESCRIPTION :

No matter what your background in diving is, the AIDA 1 Initiation Day will open your mind to a whole new underwater experience.
You will learn the basic theory of Freediving and how to prepare yourself for a breathold dive including breathing, duck dive, finning, buddying and basic safety techniques.

If you are a beginner interested in a new activity, this is the perfect initiation day !This course consists of two hours theory and breathing techniques, some specific stretching, training in the pool, then a two hour open water session in the sea.
