DESCRIPTION :

This program is designed to give you the best personalised coaching to take you to the highest level of recreational freediving, AIDA 4 (level 3 - Assistant Instructor)

This package inclues:

- 20 coached dives

- AIDA 4 (level 3 - Assistant Instructor) course

- 10 yoga sessions

- Free swimming-pool access

- Free Ice Bath every Sunday

Being an AIDA 4* advanced freediver qualifies you to act as an AIDA Assistant Instructor.

 

• Minimum Age: 16

• Have completed an AIDA 3* course (or equivalent)

• Have completed EFR (Emergency First Response) or similar First Aid course including CPR within last 2 years

Successful completion of this course results in an International Certification from AIDA.
